Summer is here and with the recent heat wave these arrive in time.
The Smoozes are packaged in little triangular packets and come in four flavours Pineapple + Coconut, Pink Guava + Coconut, Mango + Coconut, and Simply Coconut. I enjoyed the Pineapple + Coconut flavour most.
I thought they would be icy and watery but with the recipes included they were creamy and went down real well, it was a real treat.
Since I’m losing weight I thought I would try one of the Smooze recipes.
I decided on Smooze Breakfast Buzz Smoothie

I had the Mango + Coconut smooze fruit ice and a mango. The recipe is great, I could not drink it all as I fill quickly but I found it to be a decent serving. It was thick, creamy and yummy. I really enjoyed having the smoothie for breakfast.
I’m going to make the smoothies again and I might try the other recipes.

Smooze Breakfast Buzz Smoothie Recipe (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 x frozen Smooze Fruit Ice of your choice
1 x cup of either banana, peaches, berries or mango
¾ cup milk of your choice (dairy or other)
1 x egg (optional)
1 tspn LSA
1 tspn honey
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
I thought I would say I did not add LSA or the egg in the smoothie.
