My whole life I have been over weight and it was hard to love the way I looked, because also I have had depression and would not even consider myself worthy of caring about. It wasn’t until I met Daniel that I noticed things weren’t right and I had to do something about it, it’s been 5 years since I met Daniel and I haven’t had the strength to do anything about it still but now something has changed. As I have found out one of the reasons I am overweight are medical and it is not my fault as I have thought for years, I am not blaming all my weight problems on it, I just now know why it’s been so hard to lose and can finally do something about it. Also I have been told, being overweight can also affect falling pregnant, our health during pregnancy and birth, so it’s an extra incentive to help me lose my weight and keep it off.

Over the last couple of weeks I have come to the decision to join our local YMCA and together with a personal trainer put my body to work and finally do the right thing for myself, Daniel and our future children. Since finding out I have coeliac disease I have already tightened my diet but still have a lot of work to do but I will get there with help and the support from my family and followers.
A few months ago I weighed 127 kg
Now weight 119.4 kg
I’m going to keep the blog updated with my progress.
Thanks for reading.

Thanks!
congrats on the weight loss so far!
I know that both times I fell pregnant were after health kicks with weight loss. But now I have “baby weight” ok – my baby is now 17 months, so I really need to just get off my arse. You’ve inspired me.

Hi Lisa, I’m here from FYBF and I just wanted to let you know that I think you’ve done really well so far. I’ve got a bit of “post baby” weight that is difficult to shift (baby is now 18 months old). Anyone who can lose the weight you have already lost is a legend as far as I’m concerned. Keep up the good work.
