We received an offer to renew our lease for another 6 months, we decided not to renew. We have had nonstop trouble since we move into this house from wrong keys, no internet and a not working stove. It took 7 months to get the stove sort of fixed, it still does not work, we gave the realestate a Notice to remedy breach, and they did nothing about it. Few other reasons why we want to move.
Our lease ends in July, we are going to get organised this month so there’s no rush closer to the date we move out. We are going to start looking at house’s mid-June.
I would like to set goals so I can be organised.
May Goals
Go through our stuff and organise what we want and things to throw out
Get a skip bin
Get boxes and start packing things we don’t use all the time
June Goals
Start looking at housing and apply (make sure the new house has internet)
Get everything packed
Organised a truck, pest control, carpet cleaner and cleaner
Flea Jasmine (this house is very bad with flea’s and mite’s, we have had nonstop trouble) hopefully the new house will `be better for Jasmine
July Goals
Move in to the new house
Make lots of lists and label boxes carefully . We are still looking for things 4 months later due to chaotic packers helping .

I will be doing this. We only signed a 6mth lease which is up in august and we will be leaving. Have had nothing but toubles with maintenance here. Lift not working. We almost got stuck in it. Its amazing what a mothers strength can do to save her children. fire alarms through out the rest of teh building arn’t turned on. Foyers are dirty and grass uncut. our toilet seat is still broken. we have internet but keep having internet problems. What a head ache.
Hope you find a place you like and its better then the one your in now.

What a fantastic start you’ve already made! Lists are definitely the way to go! Start packing the big ticket items as soon as you can. Throw out stuff that you haven’t looked at or used in the past year. They would be my big tips. Good luck and look forward to hearing about the progress!

I’m moving in July too! You really have to start packing and throwing out as soon as possible, there never seems to be the end of it. I would also like to hear about any tips and tricks, I had never done this before. I think I should write a post about it to, it will push me to get more organized.
