IsoWhey Weight Loss Update

IsoWheyFew things have been happening the past few weeks and I fallen off the wagon again. With the flood and other things in my life have got in the way, I have be having IsoWhey each day but I have not done much exercise and have not been watching what I’m eating.

I decided I’m going to start from fresh with IsoWhey starting today. So the next four weeks I will be doing the updates like I said before. I’m slowing getting my motivation back and have been starting to exercise.

So far I have lost 600g on IsoWhey, I thought I would have gained weight but I had only a small loss but it’s still good.

Weight
Goals update from my last post

- I did not reach 105kg. After I did the 19km walk I got lazy and put on weight but I reached 105.5kg this week.
- I have not done any more jogging again.
- I might be doing the 19km walk on the 2nd of February.
- I walked the hummock on the 13th of January

New goals

- Reach 100kg in one month.
- Jog 500m without stopping.
- Do a fun run/walk sometime this year.
- Reach 90kg by the middle of the year.
- Love my body, I need to start loving my body.

I don’t want to set many goals while I’m on IsoWhey, my only goal is 5kg. I don’t want to fail and feel bad with myself by not completing the goals.

I will be keeping you updated with weekly posts every Thursday for the next four weeks.

Be sure to subscribe via email or RSS to get all my IsoWhey updates, or just come back to Becoming – Mum on Thursday to see my weekly updates.

12WBT Check In

Round 2 ended yesterday, the past 12 weeks have been an eye opener.
After week 5 things went pear shape and I stopped following 12WBT. I still ate dinners/lunch from the plan, I just binged on food and exercised a few times a week.
I let things get in the way and the moving house trouble we had caused me to go down the depression road.

Check in

Starting Weight before 12WBT: 127kg
End of round 2: 112.6kg
Total loss: 3.6kg
What’s showing the big difference is my measurement I lost 48cm.
I’m size 18/20 in tops and 22/24 in pants now.

I have joined round 3 and it start’s today.

Round 3 goals/after 12 week
Learn to jog/run
Do a fun run/walk
I’m still thinking about goals, I’m not sure yet.
Daniel’s going to help with learning to jog/run. I’m going to start on the treadmill first then when I get comfortable I will start doing it outside.
