On 24 May I decided to make a life changing decision, I joined Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation.
Daniel and I have been talking about 12wbt for the past few weeks and we both decided I should join. I can’t do it on my own, I need the push.
I’m doing the pre-season and it has opened my eyes. I have to stop giving Daniel responsibility for the foods I eat and my actions it’s my responsibility. I’m always asking Daniel to make sure I don’t eat that or I say make sure I don’t eat all this. I have to STOP doing that, it’s up to me not Daniel.
One of pre-season tasks I had to do was about my commitment, this task took me a week to do. This is my commitment
My commitment to myself
- Training 6 days a week
- Lose min 10kg
- Following the nutrition plans
- I WILL give it everything – no excuses
My commitment to my husband
- To finish 12wbt as a happier, healthier and better version of myself
My commitment to Mish is to give 12wbt 100%
I’m going to do this.
12wbt start on Monday and I can’t wait to start.
