Two weeks have passed on the 12WBT. It has so far been interesting, The foods are really yummy but I have found some recipes I have to remove off my meal plan because it’s not gluten free/hard to find ingredients. I have been exercising, I have been doing my own, and some of the exercises I can’t do due to problems with my hands and feet. I have been working out on the treadmill, exercise bike, walking and Michelle Bridges crunch time work out DVDs.
Starting Weight before 12WBT: 127kg
Start Weight 12WBT: 116.2kg
Week 1: 115.9kg
Week 2: 114.7kg
I’m happy with my weight loss so far on 12wbt.
Daniel has told me I walk faster now, before I walked very slowly. I keep up with Daniel’s speed now.
One of the walks I did was up the hummock lookout where Daniel and I got married, it was hard but I kept going until I hit the top and could not walk anymore. Daniel said to me I can do this and he grab my hand and help me up.
